1. Acceptance & scope

By using tweasewater.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the site is

The Site is an informational site for Twease V1, a product currently in pre-production, and it runs an interest list so we can email you when orders open. Joining the interest list is not an order, creates no obligation on either side, and no payment is taken.

3. Forward-looking statements

Dates (including "first deliveries targeted late 2026"), specifications, and finishes described on the Site are targets, not promises, and may change as the product moves through pre-production.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this Site — including photos, renders, and the Twease name and logo — belongs to Twease. Using the Site does not grant you any license to that content.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't scrape or automate submissions to the forms on this Site, and don't abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twease is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site. Since nothing is sold here, our exposure — and yours — is minimal.

8. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in San Diego County, California.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Questions? Email hello@tweasewater.com.
